Frequently Asked Questions

How does payment work, and is it safe?

We use PayPal Checkout to accept payments. This means that you can pay through your PayPal account or use a credit/debit card, and all of your information goes through PayPal.

Additionally, we support Venmo on mobile. Please note that Venmo also goes through PayPal.

Why are your prices so inconsistent?

We understand that it can be frustrating to get different prices for assignments that you feel are of the same difficulty. This happens because of the nature of how we operate. Our staff members each have different skill sets and are available at different times, so depending on the amount of job requests we receive (e.g. during finals rush), the staff on call, and the specific topic of the assignment relative to a staff member's expertise, the exact same assignment could take differing amounts of effort and time. This results in varied pricing.

We had a decision to make. We could either choose to create a fixed price capable of covering time and complexity costs for any staff member for a given assignment, or we could choose a fluid pricing model. We strongly feel that fluid pricing only benefits the customer. It allows us to give you the quality you deserve at the cheapest price possible in the current circumstances with the benefit of you knowing what the price will be within approximately 24 hours.

Why are your prices not round numbers?

We start off pricing using a base rate, which is a round number. However, due to the circumstances stated above, this price becomes modified in a very systematic process, which results in price without a flat ending.

Who does my assignments?

Your assignments will be done by very skilled programmers. We hand-select each staff member to ensure their programming abilities and quality are up to our high standards. For most of our staff members, they have taken many of the same courses you are taking right now, so you can rest assured that your assignment will be done completely and correctly.

Will I get in trouble for plagarism

Unless you share the code you receive with others, there isn't a very high chance you will get in trouble for plagiarism. We don't plagarise our assignments, and we write each program from scratch, so it isn't any different if you had wrote it yourself. That being said, we cannot guarantee that your code will not be flagged, to the extent that anyone writing a piece of code may get accidentally flagged for plagiarism. However, if this happens for whatever reason, please contact us immediately so we can try to assist you.
